In connection with the processing of personal data, in accordance with Art. 13 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we provide the following information.

Personal data and their scope

We minimize the amount of personal data we process so that it is sufficient to provide the quality of services you expect of us, so that we meet legal obligations and so that we protect our legitimate interests. We process both the personal data of our customers and the personal data of our potential customers who have given us their consent. We process the following categories of personal data:
Basic data, which are your name and surname, address of residence, or ID number, if you are an entrepreneur - a natural person (self-employed person).
Contact details, which are your e-mail, telephone number or contact address.
Information about the use of our products and services, about the products you have purchased or are considering purchasing. Information on the use of our e-shop, information newsletter and the like.
Records of e-mail and chat communication, records of telephone calls, or other communication with you in electronic or written form.
Transaction data, in particular information about your payments and payment methods.
Geolocation data, which is geographic data from a computer's web browser or from mobile applications. This information can be used to recommend the nearest store or service

Purposes of personal data processing

We process your personal data primarily for the purpose of concluding purchase contracts, the subject of which is the delivery of our goods and services. This activity includes, above all, receipt and processing of orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, registration of payments, sending goods to the selected address under.
In order to properly fulfill all legal obligations, we also process personal data for the purposes of bookkeeping, registry administration, or handling complaints and grievances. In some cases, personal data also need to be processed for the purposes of litigation and extrajudicial debt recovery.
We also process your personal data for the purpose of informing about our products and services within direct marketing.

Legal basis of personal data processing

Retention period of personal data

In the event of performance of the contract, we will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, including warranty and complaint conditions.
In the event of a legal obligation, we will process your personal data for the period required by law. In the case of the Accounting Act, the VAT Act, etc. the period may be 10 years.

Your rights as affected persons

We are ready to exercise your rights when processing your personal data.
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to know for what purpose they are processed, who the recipients of your personal data are, what the processing time is.
You have the right to correct, if your personal information is incorrect or has changed, contact us, we will correct it.
You have the right to delete personal data if it is incorrect or processed illegally.
If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its revocation.
You have the right to restrict processing if you wish we will process the data only for the most necessary legal reasons, or not at all.
You have the right to object and automated individual decisions if you find or think that such processing is illegal or contrary to your rights.
You have the right to the portability of the data, if you wish to transfer it to another operator, we will provide it to you in the appropriate format, unless prevented by other technical or legal obstacles.

We will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days. In case of complexity or a large number of applications, we are entitled to extend this period by another 60 days. If this happens, we will inform you of the reasons.
However, if your request is manifestly unfounded or repeated, we are entitled to charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs associated with providing this service.
